These personalised session are tailored to the individuals needs. Through a battery of testing we will be able to analyse and develop a plan together that will best suit your personal development. 1 on 1 sessions will not only include the athletic development based training but also skill acquisition to further enhance your ability to evolve into a more well rounded athlete. We understand everyone is individual which is why we approach each athlete in a way the makes them a more effective contributor as well as making them feel like movements become fluid and natural.

Skill Training

The skill based sessions we deliver are of the highest standard. Having had tried and tested our sessions over many years it has allowed us the ability to not only develop amateur athletes but also further the games of multiple AFL & AFLW athletes. Throughout these sessions we cover all aspects of skill acquisition that will have transferable benefits from your efficient strength and conditioning work within our programming.
